VDL Lumilayer Primer 30ml

VDL Lumilayer Primer is a lustrous makeup primer that can brighten, outline and contour the face for a bright makeup. How to use:

After daily skin care, take an appropriate amount and apply it evenly on the face.

Or mix with foundation/BB cream in a ratio of 1:1.

Or use it as a liquid highlighter to apply to the nose, forehead, chin, and c-zone.
